Job summary

ARIS in the UK is seeking an Executive Value Advisor to lead strategic advisory across our most complex global enterprise accounts. You will translate business priorities into governed process outcomes and help customers mature from foundation to transform maturity stages with Agentic AI.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Value, you will shape how organizations scale transformation, engage C‑suite leaders, and deliver ROI through value hypotheses, executive reviews, and resilient business cases

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or value engineering
• Ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable financial outcomes
• Experience defining operating models for scalable adoption
• Experience building and presenting value propositions and business cases
• Comfort engaging executive stakeholders across business and IT
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM/HCM and cross-system processes
• Understanding of AI/Agentic AI impact on process landscapes
• Bachelor’s degree and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Lead value-led advisory engagements: translate strategy into measurable plans and KPIs
• Run Executive Business Reviews and Periodic Value Reviews with senior stakeholders
• Define and communicate ROI through value hypotheses and economic storytelling
• Develop executive-ready business cases to secure funding
• Engage C-suite to influence decisions and secure commitment
• Deliver structured executive briefings on readiness and strategy
• Coach customer teams and champion ARIS Process Intelligence initiatives
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and sales teams to maximize value realization
