Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Operations Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership across the UK Corporate Workplace portfolio, guiding a geographically dispersed team and aligning services with business priorities.

The role encompasses budgeting, forecasting, governance, EH&S, compliance and audit leadership, plus supplier performance management to ensure a safe, sustainable and hospitality‑led workplace across multiple UK sites.

Qualifications

• Lead a geographically dispersed Workplace team across multiple UK sites.
• Set clear objectives, standards and priorities and use coaching to drive results.
• Provide visible strategic and operational leadership across the UK portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance, performance measures and service improvement plans, reviewing outcomes and addressing underperformance.
• Own the UK Workplace annual operating plan, budget and financial performance with robust forecasting and cost control.
• Lead national contract management of the Total Facilities Management (TFM) portfolio for consistent service delivery.
• Set supplier-management strategy and governance; review KPIs and SLAs through regular reviews and QBRs.
• Sponsor and govern strategic workplace projects and change programmes with clear business cases.
