Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations within the Buildings Group, embedding a robust delivery model and balancing client, staff and commercial expectations. You will work with the Group Director and Operations Director to manage risk, performance and reporting, ensuring best practice across UK-wide delivery, SHEQ and BMS integration.

This role requires leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and strong collaboration with the GCC region to deliver

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational matters for the Building Services team.
• Maintain workload overview and resource utilisation with team leaders.
• Ensure SHEQ compliance and BMS integration in delivery.
• Provide reporting on project, commercial, risk and performance.
• Lead commercial governance including budgets, forecasts and margins.
• Support Project Directors to achieve monthly project reviews.
