Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the delivery of facilities management services across a UK retail portfolio. You will build strong client and stakeholder relationships, and drive operational, financial and commercial performance across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, M&E, engineering or a similar operational environment.
• Experience managing multiple sites across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Commercial and financial management experience, including budget responsibility.
• Experience operating within retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
