Job summary

Version 1's ASPIRE Managed Services seeks a Senior Transition Manager to lead the onboarding of customers into our Oracle Managed Services portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Portfolio Directors, Service Delivery Managers and Delivery teams to drive operational readiness and governance from contract signature into Business-as-Usual support.

Qualifications

• Experienced in leading customer transitions, mobilisation programmes or service onboarding in a MS environment.
• Strong leadership with ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Expertise in transition governance, planning, risk management and operational handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Enterprise Applications Transition function within ASPIRE Managed Services.
• Manage and develop a team of Transition Managers and resources.
• Define transition methodologies, governance frameworks and best practices.
• Own end-to-end transition lifecycle from contract award to Business-as-Usual operation.
• Provide executive oversight of onboarding and service expansion programmes.
• Drive risk management, RAID, communication plans and Go/No-Go decisioning.
