Job summary
YTL UK is seeking a Talent & Performance Coach to help colleagues realise their potential, strengthen performance and prepare for future opportunities across the group. You’ll guide coaching, development centres and talent insight, enabling evidence-based decisions on growth and progression.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a coach, talent professional or leadership development specialist.
- Ability to influence managers and senior leaders on development, progression and succession decisions.
- Strong data-informed approach to generate insight and translate it into action.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality one-to-one and group coaching for leaders and high-potential colleagues.
- Design and facilitate development centres, talent programmes and career development interventions.
- Utilise assessments and diagnostics to generate insights and development plans.
- Support managers to improve performance conversations and feedback.
- Analyse talent and performance data to identify trends and succession risks.
- Contribute to talent reviews and internal mobility activities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners and Workforce Development colleagues to create practical solutions.
- Foster a culture of development, growth and continuous improvement.
