Job summary

YTL UK is seeking a Talent & Performance Coach to support colleagues across the group, strengthening performance and preparing for future opportunities. You’ll work within the Workforce Development team to deliver coaching, development centres and talent insights, shaping practical development solutions and a culture of growth.

You’ll influence managers and senior leaders on development, progression and succession decisions, enabling strong leadership pipelines and internal mobility across YTL

Qualifications

• Experienced coach or talent development professional with credibility to influence managers and senior leaders.
• Skilled in using assessment tools, diagnostics and coaching conversations to generate insights.
• Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Belief that great organisations grow their own talent and create internal opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching for leaders and high-potential colleagues.
• Design and facilitate development centres, talent programmes and career interventions.
• Use assessments and diagnostics to generate insights and development plans.
• Support managers in performance conversations, feedback and development planning.
• Analyse talent and performance data to identify trends and risks.
• Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning and internal mobility.
