Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Transformation Workstream Analyst to analyse business challenges, develop recommendations and coordinate delivery activities across multiple workstreams within the Finance Transformation programme.

You will gather requirements, document findings from workshops and interviews, build artefacts and support the design of future-state processes while engaging stakeholders to enable effective change.

Qualifications

• In-depth post-qualification experience in transformation or consulting.
• Experience in programme delivery or finance transformation.
• Experience with workshops and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business challenges and develop recommendations.
• Support current-state assessments across processes, operating models and data.
• Document information from workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop high-quality artefacts including presentations, reports and decision papers.
• Support design of future-state processes, operating models and governance.
