Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Transformation Workstream Analyst to join its Finance Transformation team. You will work with Workstream Leads and stakeholders to analyse challenges, document requirements and support delivery across multiple workstreams.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. You will produce artefacts, support governance forums and help realise programme benefits.

Qualifications

In-depth post-qualification experience in transformation, consulting, programme delivery or finance transformation.
Experience producing high-quality presentations, reports and structured documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Experience gathering, analysing and synthesising information from multiple sources.
Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
Exposure to ERP, EPM, reporting or technology-enabled transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

Analyse qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends, issues, opportunities and improvement areas.
Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities across workstreams.
Assist in governance and programme support by preparing materials for forums and meetings.
Track progress against deliverables and support benefits realisation activities.
Collaborate across multiple transformation workstreams to identify interdependencies.
