Job summary

QA Ltd is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Specialist to coordinate bespoke training programmes and act as primary client contact in London. You will engage daily with internal and external stakeholders to deliver programme coordination activities aligned with learning outcomes and contract terms.

The role requires DV clearance eligibility and a proactive, data-driven approach to reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Effective written and verbal communication with emotional intelligence.
• Experience presenting to clients face to face and virtually.
• Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in analyzing, evaluating and reporting data.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain programme plans to track progress and ensure successful completion of training programmes.
• Manage and prioritise coordination activities to meet internal and external requirements.
• Act as main point of contact for training programme for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain excellence in coordination activities including answering stakeholder queries and onboarding learners.
• Collate, analyse and report programme feedback data.
• Present service delivery reviews to clients.
• Raise issues, elevate risk and problem solve.
• Contribute to team meetings offering portfolio updates and knowledge sharing.
• Report commercial updates.
