Job summary

QA Limited in Cheltenham is seeking a strategic Service Delivery Lead to own end-to-end client relationships and drive successful delivery of learning solutions that meet business and talent development objectives.

You will lead a high-performing Service Delivery team, manage programme delivery, KPIs, and client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for profitable growth and continuous improvement across QA offerings.

Qualifications

• Track record of successfully delivering projects and learning programmes.
• Experience in a highly client-centric environment servicing a wide range of offerings.
• Ability to coach, mentor and support colleagues to develop team capability.
• Able to work to tight deadlines with high accuracy.
• Experience resolving or offering solutions to a range of queries and problems.
• DV clearance desirable; SC clearance encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with CRDs and sales to scope new programmes and translate requirements into delivery solutions.
• Be the prime service contact for assigned clients and drive service excellence.
• Own and manage service issues through to resolution with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Ops to drive quality and operational excellence.
• Define and own a Service Improvement Plan for each client.
• Manage contractual obligations, deliverables, and KPIs with regular reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve account profitability and drive growth.
• Partner with Heads of Function to align with business priorities and deliver mutual benefits.
• Support mobilisation and launch of new programmes with solution design and learner journeys.
