Cactus Search is seeking an experienced Training & QA Manager to lead a small, specialist team responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning and QA programmes. Based in London, this hybrid role requires 3 days in the office per week and a passion for raising standards, embedding continuous improvement, and aligning learning with business objectives.

We’re seeking an experienced and inspiringTraining & QA Managerto lead a small, specialist team responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning and quality assurance programmes.

Salary:55k + Exceptional bens

Location:Hybrid, office in central London 3 days PW

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about raising standards, inspiring performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

As Training & QA Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop a specialist team focused on training design, delivery, and quality assurance
• Design and implement engaging, impactful learning programmes that drive performance
• Embed robust QA frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align learning strategy with business objectives
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development

This role is based in London, with an expectation of3 days per week in the office, collaborating closely with stakeholders and your team.

• Experience building or enhancing QA frameworks and standards
