Cactus Search is seeking an experienced Training & QA Manager to lead a small, specialist team responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning and QA programmes. Based in London, this hybrid role requires 3 days in the office per week and a passion for raising standards, embedding continuous improvement, and aligning learning with business objectives.

Salary:55k + Exceptional bens

Location:Hybrid, office in central London 3 days PW
