Ad Warrior Ltd in Sidcup seeks an experienced Timetabling Officer to lead the full lifecycle of the College’s academic timetable, from planning and gathering teaching requirements through to publication, maintenance and continuous improvement.

You will balance teaching needs, staff availability, room capacity, and the student experience, resolve clashes, and work closely with Programme Directors to gather accurate information and deliver timely timetables.

Qualificações

• Experience of timetabling, complex scheduling, or space planning.
• Able to coordinate the timetabling lifecycle stages.
• Interpreting teaching requirements and constraints to develop feasible timetables.
• Able to balance competing demands with accurate, reliable information.
• Identify longer-term process improvements and work with others to implement them.
• Build positive relationships and communicate clearly and diplomatically.
• Organised, analytical, and able to stay calm when priorities change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, creation, publication, and maintenance of the College’s central academic timetable.
• Coordinate and review teaching requirements from Programme Directors and course teams.
• Translate teaching requirements into effective timetables.
• Identify and resolve timetable clashes and constraints.
• Balance staff availability, room capacity, teaching needs, and the student experience.
• Manage timetable amendments, queries, and room bookings.
• Maintain accurate information within timetabling systems.
• Support room allocation and space utilisation.
• Review and improve timetabling processes and ways of working.
• Work with the wider Data team on data administration tasks.
