Leeds Beckett University is seeking a proactive Timetable Officer to deliver the academic timetabling service and optimise space use across the University estate. You will work with academic and admin colleagues to produce comprehensive full-year timetables for students and staff.

The role requires strong IT skills, data analysis capability, and a commitment to excellent customer service, including training and supporting stakeholders. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of timetabling in higher education or a similar environment.
• Strong IT skills, ability to use corporate databases and analyse data to support business intelligence.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver quality user training.
• Committed to outstanding customer service and can communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide a comprehensive academic timetabling service, working closely with colleagues to produce full-year timetables for students and staff.
• Optimise the use of the University estate and facilities, ensuring timetables and records are accurate and well-maintained.
• Offer guidance and training on timetabling and data capture systems, and assist with management reports for key stakeholders.
• Contribute to planning and operation of projects, implement processes, and liaise with software suppliers to resolve issues.
