DAT is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter for a 9-month contract to partner with Product and Technology teams during a growth phase. You will own full-cycle recruitment for Product, Engineering, Data, and other technical roles, acting as a trusted consultant to hiring managers and building targeted strategies to attract top talent.

The role emphasizes a world-class candidate experience and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles.
• Deep expertise in modern sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, and building engaged talent pipelines.
• Commitment to delivering a strong hiring manager experience with regular pipeline updates and market insights.

Responsabilités

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Product, Engineering, Data, and other technical roles.
• Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers, defining role requirements and interview strategies.
• Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions in a fast-growth tech environment.
• Create a world-class candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Manage offers and close top talent with empathy and expertise.
• Improve hiring processes and candidate feedback loops for continuous optimization.
