Qualifications

• Experience recruiting experienced hires in a financial services or corporate environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into recruitment plans and strategies.
• Strong relationships with senior leaders and HR partners across functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Operations and Corporate Functions leaders on growth forecasting and demand planning for recruitment.
• Oversee RPO vendor relationships and service delivery against SLAs.
• Provide strategic direction to vendor teams and prioritize activities to meet business needs.
• Develop partnerships across HR to improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.
• Use HR analytics and market data to inform hiring tactics and dashboards.
