Frazer Jones is recruiting an experienced Talent Manager for a market-leading, multi-site business in the UK. You will shape talent development, talent management and organisational development to build capability and leadership across the group.

Joining a small People team, you will collaborate with site leaders, travel weekly to different sites, and drive the long-term talent strategy that supports ambitious growth and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Organisational Development, Talent Management and Leadership Development.
• Proven ability to design and implement organisation-wide talent strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management with strategic and operational reach.
• Data-driven approach to talent planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing organisation-wide talent and leadership development strategies.
• Creating future-focused learning and capability frameworks that support business performance and growth.
• Leading talent management initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning and leadership development.
• Supporting organisational design, restructuring and change programmes.
• Coaching and influencing leaders to build high-performing teams and strong leadership capability.
• Using people data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate these into meaningful action.
• Designing and delivering programmes that strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee growth.
