Job summary

Frazer Jones in Greater London is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to drive hiring across EMEA. You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape hiring strategy and build a best-in-class TA function.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets, develop pipelines, deliver market intelligence and recruitment analytics, and mentor the team as deputy to the Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA. Experience in Financial Services is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' in-house Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience within Financial Services across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Family Office or Investments.
• Proven track record hiring across multiple EMEA markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Advanced sourcing, talent mapping and market intelligence capabilities.
• Experience operating within a growth, transformation or build-out environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end recruitment for hires across EMEA.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Supporting the design and development of a scalable, best-in-class Talent Acquisition function.
• Driving sophisticated direct sourcing and talent mapping initiatives across key markets.
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines for future growth.
• Delivering market intelligence, talent insights and recruitment analytics to inform decision-making.
• Managing executive search partnerships where required.
• Supporting Early Careers initiatives, including the EMEA Summer Internship Programme.
• Identifying process improvements and helping create a more efficient and scalable recruitment model.
• Acting as a deputy to the Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA.
