Job summary

Frazer Jones is supporting a global data and technology business to appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner. The role partners with senior leaders across regions and time zones to influence decisions, drive organisational effectiveness and create an outstanding employee experience.

You'll balance strategic thinking with practical delivery, navigate change, coach managers on talent and ER, and use data to guide people decisions in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Significant HRBP experience in complex, matrixed, international environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple countries and regions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams to shape workforce and people strategies.
• Lead initiatives across workforce planning, organisational design and transformation.
• Coach managers on talent, performance, engagement and ER matters.
• Drive change initiatives and embed new ways of working.
• Collaborate with People teams to deliver integrated, business-focused solutions.
• Ensure a consistent employee experience across global teams.
