Job summary

Frazer Jones seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across four regional offices in the South, delivering and aligning People initiatives with the business strategy.

You will shape and implement a comprehensive people strategy, manage an HR Advisor and collaborate with HR Operations to drive change, talent management, employee relations and organisational design across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner in a legal/accountancy/partnership-led environment.
• Ability to manage complex senior employee relations cases when required.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple sites would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and align People initiatives with the Business strategy across four offices in the South.
• Lead change management, talent management, salary reviews, performance and organisational design.
• Drive engagement, employee relations and education of stakeholders to a strong business partnering model.
• Manage an HR Advisor with support from HR Operations and regional HR teams.
