Job summary

Frazer Jones is recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager in Manchester for a hybrid role. You will run end-to-end recruitment for technology, data and analytics roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to provide a high-quality, commercially focused service.

The role requires hands-on management of the full lifecycle, from briefing to onboarding, with a focus on direct sourcing and stakeholder engagement to drive timely, quality hires.

Qualifications

• In-house or RPO recruitment experience.
• Strong track record recruiting technology, data and analytics professionals.
• Ability to understand technical skillsets and assess candidate suitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver successful hiring outcomes.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn and networking activities.
• Drive a direct sourcing-first approach while managing agency relationships where required.
• Produce recruitment reporting and market insights.
• Manage offers, contracts and onboarding administration through the ATS.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
