Job summary

Frazer Jones seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to drive workforce capability, learning initiatives and training compliance across a busy operational site. You will own training planning, compliance and skills development to ensure colleagues have the knowledge and support to work safely and effectively.

Work with Operations, Engineering, Health & Safety and HR to identify development needs, deliver diverse training activities and provide audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training or Workforce Development.
• Strong understanding of training compliance and delivery.
• Experience creating training plans, records and compliance reporting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience analysing skills gaps and developing learning solutions.
• Proactive and passionate about developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide training and development plans and compliance activities.
• Manage training schedules, matrices and learning records; audit-ready data.
• Conduct training need analyses and skills gap assessments.
• Deliver and coordinate SOP training, inductions and compliance training.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, H&S, HR and site leadership.
• Monitor training completion, compliance and effectiveness; report insights.
• Support projects with training plans and launch readiness.
• Manage external training providers, budgets and resources.
• Coach managers to build capability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure training compliance standards and audits readiness.
