Job summary

Prism Medical UK is seeking a proactive Head of HR to own recruitment and learning & development across our UK group. You will work with SLT/ELT and line managers to build capability plans, materials and talent pipelines, shaping how recruitment and development are delivered.

You will explore AI-enabled tools, build direct sourcing strategies and report on KPIs, while aligning with Group policy and GDPR compliance. A multi-site role with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and building attraction strategies.
• Practical learning and development experience, incl. identifying training needs.
• Experience designing training materials and skills matrices.
• Experience using AI or digital technology to improve processes.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience within multi-site organisations and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle across vacancy briefing, sourcing, selection, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with managers to understand current and future workforce needs and build recruitment plans.
• Develop direct sourcing strategies, talent pipelines and employer branding to reduce agency reliance.
• Own Group learning and development plan, identify capability requirements with SLT/ELT.
• Design and maintain training matrices covering mandatory, technical and development needs.
• Coordinate internal and external learning programmes and evaluate ROI.
• Support Health & Safety and other functions with e-learning and compliance training.
• Identify and implement AI/digital technology to improve recruitment, learning and talent processes.
