Elis UK Limited is seeking an experienced Talent & Development leader to design and embed talent management, succession planning and development programmes. You will partner with senior HR, and business leaders to build leadership capability, improve engagement and enable career progression.

You will also lead Learning & Development, ensuring programmes are engaging, inclusive and commercially aligned with our Group strategy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Psychology or equivalent.
• Significant experience in HR, talent management or learning & development with leadership focus.
• Proven experience designing talent management and development strategies.
• Experience leading a high-performing team.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical capability using data to inform talent decisions.
• Proactive, collaborative and adaptable with strong organisational skills.
• Genuine passion for developing people and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Design development programmes for high-potential employees and future leaders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent and create clear career pathways.
• Use data to identify trends, measure effectiveness and inform workforce planning.
• Oversee Learning & Development programmes and Moodle content and deployment.
• Engage stakeholders and align UK programmes with Elis Group strategy.
• Manage budgets and resources for development projects.
• Provide reporting on talent development and learning impact.
