Job summary

Compare the Market is seeking a Talent & Development Partner to shape organisational capability and leadership effectiveness from a strategic, data-led perspective. You’ll partner with senior leaders and HR partners to design and deliver scalable capability and learning solutions that align with our business ambitions.

This role focuses on strategic capability and future skills, leveraging LXPs and AI-enabled learning to drive measurable impact and workforce readiness across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to identify capability needs and diagnose performance.
• Translate business priorities and data into capability and development strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
• Experience designing capability frameworks, career paths and leadership development.
• Familiar with LXPs, learning in the flow of work and social learning.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled learning technologies and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to anticipate future capability needs and translate priorities into capabilities and development solutions.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve blended development solutions across digital, virtual and face-to-face environments.
• Develop and embed leadership and capability frameworks to support career development and workforce planning.
• Optimise and evolve our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and drive adoption of modern learning approaches.
• Use learning analytics and workforce data to measure impact and inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to deliver scalable capability and learning solutions.
