pladis Global is seeking a Head of Talent & Culture for the UK&I region to lead talent, learning and organisation effectiveness initiatives. You will shape leadership capability, succession and culture to support current priorities and future growth.

The role oversees a UK&I team and partners with HRBPs and functional leaders to drive engagement, performance and an inclusive workplace aligned with pladis values.

Formación

• Strong influencing capability with senior leaders and HR partners.
• Proven expertise across the talent lifecycle including behavioural frameworks, learning and development, career architecture, workforce planning and recruitment.
• Ability to balance operational delivery with long term organisation and capability strategy.
• Strong understanding of core HR and organisation levers, performance, reward, development, structure and role clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of the UK&I Talent, Organisation Effectiveness and Inclusion strategy.
• Own the region's integrated talent, learning and organisation design roadmap.
• Drive IDE agenda embedding inclusion into structures, decision-making and career paths.
• Ensure governance and alignment with global strategy across talent, learning and organisational design.
