Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Clinical Recruitment Manager to proactively headhunt and attract executive clinical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels, while reporting on recruitment requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.

You will head the candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding, maintain the ATS, and provide market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarking. This remote UK role offers flexible working and a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in headhunting and direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups and formulas.
• Experience reporting recruitment activity to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive headhunting and direct sourcing of clinical professionals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of clinical talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to advise on sourcing strategy and market conditions.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards on vacancies, pipeline activity, time to hire, source effectiveness, offers and starters.
• Use advanced Excel to analyse recruitment data and forecast clinical hiring demand.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own the candidate journey from approach to start date and onboarding.
• Represent Health Partners at industry events; maintain the ATS and data integrity.
• Provide market intelligence on clinical talent availability and salary benchmarking.
