Job summary

Elis UK Limited is seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to shape and deliver people strategies across a multi-site operation in the UK. You will partner with the Regional Director and senior leaders to drive organisational performance, leadership development and effective people governance.

You'll lead workforce planning and change initiatives, coach senior managers, and ensure compliant, proactive employee relations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager within a regional, multi-site environment.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Experience in workforce planning, organisational change, talent management and leadership development.
• Confident using people data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge senior leaders.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional experience alongside degree-level education or equivalent.
• Flexibility to travel regularly across regional sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic HR partner to regional leadership, translating objectives into people strategies.
• Lead regional workforce planning, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Coach and develop senior leaders to strengthen people leadership and performance management.
• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with UK employment laws and policies.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver consistent, regional people solutions.
