Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Partner - Leadership and Management to shape organisation-wide leadership development, build capability, and strengthen succession pipelines. You will work with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and operations to identify needs and design solutions that support current and future workforce priorities.

• Designs and delivers leadership development programmes.
• Evaluates impact and translates insights into actions.
• Works with senior stakeholders to prioritise capability needs.
• Experience across multiple management levels and dispersed settings.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of an organisation-wide leadership and management development portfolio aligned to priorities.
• Quality, accessibility, consistency and measurable impact of interventions.
• Diagnose current and future leadership capability requirements.
• Provide high-quality consultancy, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder support.
• Develop sustainable coaching, mentoring and internal facilitator capability.
• Evaluate evidence-based impact with senior stakeholders and report on improvements.
• Partner with HR BPs and leaders to identify and accelerate key talent and capability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, information governance and safeguarding requirements.
