Job summary

Precision People is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Training Manager in the UK to transform how we attract, onboard, develop and retain recruitment talent. You will own the employee development journey and partner with leadership to implement impactful programmes.

You'll coach consultants, design onboarding, and create structured development plans that drive long-term performance and retention, while challenging existing processes and celebrating wins with EMI Share Options.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in agency recruitment.
• Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience training, coaching or mentoring recruiters.
• Ability to develop structured onboarding and training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal recruitment strategy and oversee the full hiring process.
• Design and improve onboarding and training programmes.
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring across teams.
• Drive changes to improve engagement, retention and performance.
