YTL UK is seeking a Talent & Development Manager to shape people strategy across the group. You will identify talent, support succession planning and drive high-quality performance conversations with senior leaders.

You will build inclusive pipelines, translate talent decisions into development opportunities, and partner across businesses to connect talent, performance, mobility and wellbeing with wider workforce priorities.

Formación

• Significant experience in talent management, succession planning and performance practice within a complex organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a consistent, evidence-based approach to talent identification and readiness.
• Facilitate Group talent reviews and calibration discussions.
• Build inclusive and diverse succession pipelines for leadership, specialist and business-critical roles.
• Translate talent decisions into development opportunities through coaching, mentoring, sponsorship and mobility.
• Strengthen the Group Performance Framework and help managers set clear expectations and provide feedback.
• Create practical career pathways and internal mobility frameworks.
• Use talent and performance insights to understand pipeline health and retention.
• Develop and support a specialist team across organisations.
