Job summary

Equals is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across the UK & Europe, partnering with stakeholders and delivering direct search to source top talent. The role is a sole recruiter across all departments, shaping our employer brand and driving value initiatives for a diverse, high-quality workforce.

You will lead process improvements, collaborate with HR and Exco, and oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building upon and improving recruitment processes and supporting value initiatives (e.g. D&I, recruitment training).
• Highly professional with ability to establish credibility and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous role in Fintech recruitment.
• Significant recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
• Advanced market knowledge within Technology & Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process across the UK & Europe.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver proactive direct search.
• Sole recruiter across all departments within the business.
• Support development of employer brand and drive value initiatives for a high quality, diverse workforce.
• Drive enhancements of processes, systems, tools and training.
• Handle onboarding and liaison with Exco, HR and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless experience.
