Faculty is seeking a Talent Partner to own the end-to-end recruitment process across commercial and central functions within a fast-growing AI company based in London. You will partner with hiring managers, design interview frameworks, and craft a world-class candidate experience.

You will source passive talent, use data-driven insights to shape hiring strategy, champion diversity, and amplify our employer brand at events.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition in a fast-moving, in-house environment (commercial/ GTM).
• Strong direct-sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building across levels.
• Agile, problem-solving approach with confidentiality and compliance.
• Focus on quality and inclusive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment lifecycle from scoping to onboarding.
• Source passive talent across LinkedIn, networks, and referrals.
• Advise hiring managers with data-backed insights and strategy.
• Design structured interview packs and criteria.
• Drive diversity and inclusion throughout the funnel.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Promote Faculty's employer brand at events and meetups.
