Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Supply Planning Coordinator to support supplier onboarding, manage delivery schedules, and drive forecasting and planning improvements across Fashion and General Merchandise. • Experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, operations, or supplier-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding and onboarding of new ways of working.
• Act as SME for the supplier portal, deliver training, resolve queries, ensure process compliance.
• Monitor and resolve EDI message failures; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support PO management and maintain delivery schedules to improve forecasting and capacity planning.
• Produce and analyze supply chain reports and supplier performance KPIs.
