Job summary

Page Personnel in the Barnsley/Sheffield region is seeking a Supply & Demand Planning Manager to drive supplier onboarding, negotiate contracts, and align procurement with market demand and product launches.

You will partner with sales, operations, and product teams, manage supplier lead times and logistics, and own inventory forecasts to ensure continuity and cost efficiency across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience managing daily procurement and owning complex financial data and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and forecast demand.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain optimization.
• Advanced Excel analytics: building complex VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, qualification, and onboarding of new suppliers, focusing on Asia and North America.
• Conduct supplier visits, audits, and contract negotiations to expand the supply base.
• Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to align procurement strategy with demand forecasts and launches.
• Maintain visibility of upcoming product launches, seasonal demand, and promotions to plan effectively.
• Support planning decisions with supplier lead times and inventory availability.
• Integrate supplier lead times and global logistics into strategic planning.
• Anticipate market trends, risks, and opportunities for sourcing and inventory decisions.
• Monitor global risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Support sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives across the supply chain.
