Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Supply Chain Training Manager to drive capability, training excellence and change adoption across our end-to-end Supply Chain and Distribution operations. You will design, deliver and continuously improve learning strategies and engagement plans to build capability and support business objectives.

Based at Hammersmith with hybrid options, you will partner across Supply Chain, Distribution, Buying, Merchandising and Technology to embed best practice and ensure adoption of new

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering training in a business environment.
• Confident facilitators who can run workshops and engage stakeholders across functions.
• Experience supporting business, process or system change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions.
• Highly organised, analytical and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and continuous improvement of training across Supply Chain and Distribution.
• Develop and maintain training frameworks, materials and learning pathways.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and create targeted solutions.
• Deliver training, communications and engagement activities to drive adoption.
• Conduct needs analyses and assess impact of changes on colleagues.
• Create engaging content across classroom, virtual and digital formats.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report on adoption and capability metrics.
• Support governance and keep training materials accurate and aligned to processes.
• Contribute to graduate, apprenticeship and capability-building initiatives.
