Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Supply Planning Coordinator to shape an efficient supply chain and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to move products from source to distribution across Fashion and General Merchandise. You will support our Supplier Engagement Strategy, strengthen supplier relationships, improve processes, and drive efficiency across categories.

Responsibilities

• Building strong collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal business teams, supporting supplier onboarding and adoption of new ways of working.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for the supplier portal, delivering training, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with established processes.
• Monitoring and resolving EDI message failures within agreed service levels, escalating complex issues where required.
• Supporting effective purchase order management and maintaining accurate delivery schedules to improve forecasting and capacity planning.
• Producing and analysing supply chain reports, supplier performance data, and freight forwarding KPIs to support operational improvements.

About the Role

Play a key role in shaping an efficient and collaborative supply chain, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure products move seamlessly from source to distribution. As a Supply Planning Coordinator, you will support the delivery of our Supplier Engagement Strategy, helping to strengthen supplier relationships, improve operational processes, and drive supply chain efficiency across Fashion and General Merchandise categories.

Key responsibilities

With excellent attention to detail and a flexible mindset, you'll thrive in a fast-paced supply chain environment and enjoy contributing to projects that drive positive change across the business.
