Job summary

White’s Oats is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end order processing, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and shipping documentation in a busy food production environment.

You will collaborate with production, sales, and procurement, supervise warehouse staff, monitor KPIs, ensure SOP adherence, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse or despatch environment.
• Proven experience in customer order processing and delivery coordination.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations and transport logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer order processing and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics with hauliers, suppliers and 3PLs.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Track deliveries and resolve supply chain disruptions or service issues.
• Prepare PODs, export docs, stock records and shipping paperwork.
• Support warehouse operations and supervise staff when required.
• Analyze supply chain KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, sales, customer service and procurement.
• Support quality/compliance procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
