Job summary

Highland Spring is seeking a Customer Logistics Coordinator at the Blackford site to support daily order processing and delivery coordination within the Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to gain practical experience across customer service, logistics and supply chain.

You will cooperate with hauliers and third‑party partners to ensure timely deliveries, coordinate orders, monitor systems, and contribute to OTIF performance while developing

Qualifications

• Organised and dependable with a keenness to learn.
• Experience in customer service, administration, order processing, transport or supply chain is welcome.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Experience in FMCG, logistics or working with hauliers is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders and ensure they are allocated and ready for collection or delivery.
• Work with hauliers and third‑party logistics partners to arrange and monitor deliveries.
• Check orders are processed accurately in systems and resolve shipping or delivery issues.
• Support the team with haulage information, purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain customer service and logistics trackers and monitor OTIF performance.
