Job summary

forfarmers is seeking a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to support the Operations function. The role includes raising POs, reporting KPI trends, and managing fleet and transport administration. Occasional travel to other sites may be required as part of the role.

The position requires flexibility, including weekend work, and experience with transportation management tools and SAP/TUS Fleetboard is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Paragon Scheduling knowledge is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT awareness.
• Experience with vehicle telemetry systems is helpful.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders and receipts against work completed.
• Report OTIF results and manage actions to resolve issues.
• Maintain daily tier accountability information.
• Coordinate fleet and driver compliance activities.
• Prepare monthly SMR reports and KPI data entry.
• Use SAP, TUS and Fleetboard to manage KPIs.
