Job summary

Tailor Made Resources Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support demand, stock and customer orders across a fast-paced fresh produce operation based in West Sussex. You will work closely with commercial, procurement, production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.

Key responsibilities include coordinating demand, stock and supplier activity, plus communicating with packhouses and hauliers to minimise waste and risk.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Fresh Produce, FMCG, Food, Retail or Supply Chain environments.
• Experience across end-to-end supply chain including stock, procurement, logistics and customer supply.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of service levels, stock and costs.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail to analyse data and risks.
• Excellent communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organisation to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Full UK/EU driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Demand & Supply Planning: support forecasting and maintain accurate data.
• Stock management: monitor stock across farms and sites; flag shortages/excess.
• Customer & Order management: manage orders and communicate availability and delivery risks.
• Supplier coordination: liaise on availability, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Procurement: assist PO creation, tracking and reporting.
• Production coordination: communicate plans to packhouses/factories and flag risks.
• Logistics coordination: schedule inbound/outbound deliveries and liaise with hauliers/3PL.
• Performance & reporting: track OTIF and stock levels; report to stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement: identify process improvements to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
