Job description

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for procuring materials, spares, services, and non-CAPEX categories (e.g., IT consulting, MRO, training, PPE) in a timely, cost‑effective manner aligned with best practices and delivering strong value. You'll also support procurement excellence through activities such as maintaining approver tables, managing team mailboxes, preparing and presenting reports, and ensuring compliance with CSR and HSE standards. The role offers exposure to global sourcing and HUB teams, working in a matrixed, collaborative environment with best‑in‑class processes and technology. Strategic Sourcing (35%)
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to secure optimal terms
  • Drive efficiency, innovation, and compliance across procurement activities
  • Support digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Ariba, S2C)
Purchase to Pay (65%)
  • Manage supplier onboarding, procurement requests, and order processing
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods/services
  • Resolve transactional issues and liaise with suppliers and accounts payable
  • Maintain compliance with procurement policies and framework
Procurement Excellence (10%)
  • Support process improvements, system accuracy, and stakeholder training
  • Maintain procurement data and respond to internal queries efficiently
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and P2P processes
  • Degree in supply chain, finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in procurement ERP systems (SAP/Ariba preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation
  • Experience with contract management and supplier relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
