Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years' work experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, or related roles with customer-facing pre-sales experience
• Strong technical knowledge across software architecture and breadth of technology stacks, with hands-on skills
• Ability to write code and discuss API architectures
• Experience with large enterprise customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presenting to large audiences

Responsibilities

• Engage with Chief Technical Officers, engineering leads, and technical leads to share roadmaps and define solution strategies
• Lead technical discussions and deep-dive sessions to demonstrate Stripe value
• Advocate for customers internally to influence product direction and priorities
• Plan quarterly business reviews and collaborate on detailed account planning with account teams
• Create technical content (reference architectures, demos) and speak at industry events
