You will engage across leadership levels, influence product direction, and help customers realise value from Stripe technology in complex, mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing pre-sales or technical architecture roles.
• Broad knowledge of software architecture across multiple tech stacks.
• Ability to write code and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication for large audiences.
• Experience with large enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CTOs and engineering leads to share roadmaps and define strategy.
• Lead technical discussions and solution deep dives with customers.
• Advocate for customer needs with product engineering and influence priorities.
• Plan quarterly business reviews and identify new opportunities.
• Create technical content and present at industry conferences.
