Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect to lead crypto and stablecoin engagements across top customers in the UK. You will collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and product teams to shape opportunities, craft reference architectures, and drive go-to-market success.

You will build deep relationships with CTOs and heads of digital assets, articulate complex crypto concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and scale the team through reusable assets and coaching.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales or solutions engineering in fintech/crypto/blockchain.
• 3+ years hands-on crypto or blockchain implementations.
• Deep understanding of stablecoin protocols and DeFi.
• Experience with blockchain APIs and integrating digital asset solutions.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain crypto concepts.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business partners.
• Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on Stripe crypto and stablecoins to accelerate opportunities globally.
• Demonstrate understanding of digital asset infrastructure and crypto payment solutions.
• Understand regulatory landscape for crypto across jurisdictions.
• Define and share best practices with the GTM org.
• Create reference architectures and reusable assets.
• Partner with crypto product sales to lead solution strategy.
• Collaborate with Bridge and Privy teams for early exposure.
• Serve as Voice of the Customer to drive product requests.
• Identify trends and provide insights to product and sales.
• Escalate complex technical issues to Stripe engineering.
