Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to partner with Enterprise customers and executive stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes. You will design end-to-end solutions, align Stripe capabilities with customer roadmaps, and help accelerate monetization opportunities across global markets.

You will work with a cross-functional team, influencing product, sales, and engineering to ensure successful adoption and customer success throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a similar customer-facing engineering role such as solution architect or sales engineer for a global software enterprise.
• Experience in payments, billing, invoicing, issuing, banking or Fintech space.

Responsibilities

• Build highly consultative relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers to provide business and technical thought leadership.
• Architect business models with customers to drive monetization opportunities for both user and Stripe.
• Define customer strategy and accelerate solution adoption within Platform accounts.
• Understand customer roadmaps and align Stripe capabilities to accelerate progress.
• Expand Stripe footprint within existing accounts to new markets and business units.
