Job summary

NEC Software Solutions seeks a Product Proposition Lead to drive Entitlement Services’ new offerings and ensure alignment with overall strategy. You will work with Account Management, Service Delivery, and Marketing to create, promote, and deploy propositions across the UK.

You will manage end-to-end service architecture, develop market-ready collateral, and help maximise revenue and margins while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

• Solid knowledge of local and central government services and understanding of politics.
• Strong influencer abilities and audience reading.
• Delivery-focused approach across projects and teams.
• Ability to lead and motivate internal project teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Entitlement Services’ new service offerings with close liaising with Account Management and customer community.
• Assist in archiving new services and project managing them into live environment.
• Enhance existing services through bolt-on opportunities.
• Streamline processes with service delivery to maximise gross margin and revenue.
• Support the Delivery Service Manager until projects are live and established.
