Job summary

NEC Software Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an enterprising Solution Lead to join NEC Digital Studio. You will bridge business needs, technical design, and delivery to craft robust, scalable end-to-end solutions for public sector clients.

The role requires hands-on design, proficiency with AWS and Azure, strong pre-sales and workshop facilitation skills, and the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect or Solution Lead in IT services.
• Proficient in AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Experience with public sector clients is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to articulate proposed solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Solution ownership and end-to-end design from concept to delivery.
• Lead internal product and capability development for new digital solutions.
• Own and lead pre-sales responses for RFIs, ITTs and tenders.
• Lead solution workshops with multidisciplinary teams to define integrated solutions.
• Clearly articulate proposed solutions in documents and presentations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and align solutions with client needs.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to guide strategy.
