Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking a Product Proposition Lead in the Entitlement Services unit to drive new service offerings and market alignment. You will partner with Account Management, Marketing and Service Delivery to shape propositions and deliver live projects across the UK.

You’ll lead on bid support, marketing collateral, and communications, while nurturing stakeholder relationships and analysing market trends to maximise revenue and gross margin.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Entitlement Services’ new service offerings in close liaison with Account Management and customer community.
• Work with Account Management and Service Delivery to create and deploy propositions.
• Architect new services and manage them into live environments.
• Enhance existing services with bolt-on opportunities and improve processes for margin and revenue.
• Support the delivery Service Manager until projects are fully live.
• Identify further service opportunities during/after project implementations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce collateral and showcase new services.
• Provide sales/proposal collateral with Account Management to secure business.
• Lead Entitlement Services marketing communications and mid-term plan.
• Head up internal staff communications and craft engaging content.
• Work with Lead Programme Manager for analytics and with Product Manager on PERFORM requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with NEC colleagues, third parties, customers and organisations.
• Represent Entitlement Services at events and bid/proposal activities.
• Shape software/services wraparounds across Revenues and Benefits community.
• Produce high quality presentations for internal/external audiences.
• Conduct SWOT and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
