Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking a Product Proposition Lead to spearhead Entitlement Services’ new offerings and to align with NEC's strategic aims. You will collaborate with Account Management, Marketing and Service Delivery to deploy propositions and drive growth.

You’ll architect services, enhance existing ones and lead cross-functional teams to deliver live solutions across the UK.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Understanding of local and central government services and politics.
• Strong influencer with negotiation and communication abilities.
• Delivery-focused and able to lead internal project teams.
• Commercial awareness with cost models and delivery economics.
• Willingness to travel within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Entitlement Services' new service offerings.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing to create collateral and proposals.
• Architect new services and manage them into a live environment.
• Enhance existing services with bolt-on opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing communications and mid-term plan.
• Conduct market analyses (SWOT) to identify opportunities and threats.
• Represent Entitlement Services at events and with stakeholders.
• Support bid and proposal writing for new opportunities.
